- open up a session by connecting to ubuntu.cse.unr.edu:
connect to a session by using `ssh netID@ubuntu.cse.unr.edu`

Next, you will be prompted to enter your password. It will not show up as you are typing, but assume that keystrokes are being accepted.
You should now be able to use the terminal.
