1. Head over to the [[ https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest.html | PuTTY]] website and download the SSH client for Windows.
NOTE: Scroll down slightly to the "Alternative binary files" section and download the executable.

2. Click on the application and you should see a window similar to the one below.

3. You will need to specify the destination you want to connect to. In the Host Name (or IP Address) section, type in `ubuntu.cse.unr.edu` and hit `Open`.

4. You will be prompted for a login. Type in your netID and your password.
NOTE: Your password will not show up as you are typing it, but the keys are still being accepted nonetheless.
